i tottaly agree with u that its NRB wha can bring d cganges in bihar.
bt for this we need to create a network og NRBs first who r willing to see changes in bihar.there are several idea which many entreprenuer r thinking bt cudnt able to kick off due to lack of finnancial support.

Both of you are right dear.Ranjeet think an ideal situation in bihar and Ajay contradicts that ideal situation in bihar is not possible.But we will have to make a synchronisation in bihar b/w ideal and non-ideal in order to creat a some what ideal condition in order to make a progress in our bihar.I am just an engineer of age 23 year and planning so do to somewhat good thing in bihar for the sake of firstly people of my area to progress them and let them march with rest of the world. i hope my idea would come to a real land and one day my dream comes true.

I might be late in commenting since I saw the comment today. This thinking is an ideal thinking. In Bihar Ideal situation does not work. This would work only if the government, Bureaucrats and common man, all are eying towards the development of BIHAR rather than their own pockets and Bank accounts. This is not the situation here. Dude, you need to do something, you should be on your own. This is possible only if you initiate the work without any support from Government machinery. Hope you understand that. I do not have anything to quote since this is my personal findings based on the fact.

Few days back I saw some video on facebook about Bihar and it’s people and how the other state people treat us with hatred. I am NRI but I too face this thing so I can understand the feeling and message in the video. I was thinking as an individual what can I do for society for our people so they can also proudly say that we are from Bihar and feel proud. Please give it 5 min for reading 10 min for thinking (when you’re relaxed) on this idea. I have full faith that this can bring some good change.
The Idea
Start Small/ Medium Scale Industries in Bihar with the help of Govt and People partnership.
We all know that investing a big capital is a major issue with lots of us from Bihar both on individual level and on state govt level too but as we all know that power of Group can help to achieve anything impossible as when five combined figures make a punch and combining lots of drops can fill a bucket…
So The idea based on combining Bihar Govt.. with NRB and Individuals who can make a difference in Bihar…The group include bunch of individual who are interested in making big but can’t do due to lack of money
State Government Role : Will make a panel of honest, knowledgeable and business minded individuals who want to take part in rising Bihar without any personal gain and full faith in development path. No Corrupt Bureaucrats Pls. This panel will come up with ideas of new Small/ Medium size projects (ex food processing unit/ Manufacturing Unit/ Business chain) they will decide project.. Study the functionality and feasibility, profit margin, Market report and money required to run the project etc…. and make an empty bucket for the people to fill… (like a bucket of 2-5 – 10 crore). Ones these are done than they publish that to Panel website and send mails of NRB or individual…who are registered or prospectus investors.
Individual People/ Group: Individual people who are interested in project and have some money to put in project (like 5 or 10 or 50 % of bucket) as capital. They will show interest and can join the project. Here some bucket might get filled with 2 individual and some might take 10 -20 person to fill but in the end it’ll get filled. These persons will get profit as per there share in Capital.
Panel will work as guardian/mentor/custodian and will ensure that no one will fraud in group and business is healthy. They’ll help these groups to clear all the paper on timely and efficient manners as most of the investors are going to be working class so it’s hard for them to involve in paper processing. Panel will also help them in taking loan (if required) and arranging land on lease … without harassment…
Initially state government provide these service free of charge and later they can charge 2 -5 % from profit as per the business growth and there involvement. One’s everything is settled and company is making profit for 2-3 years than the group can come out from panel and work on individual basis or else will stick to panel.
Benefits
This’ll help and encourage people to come together and think business without fear of losing money and there current jobs (livelihood) as they know state government is the custodian and they ensure that no one is cheating and all the help they can get in opening business. People will get ready made report and instruction to start the business with minimum process so they need not to worry about paper work and time consuming as most of us working somewhere and don’t want to lose current job in the initial stage of business. Ones the business is success than we can come back and run the business as that time it require more man power.
Local level it’ll help to create new business and job for many individual also State Government will get revenue… people get confidence…
It’s a basic idea and can be fine tune…
