I am from Narktiyaganj , West Champran , Bihar. Have decided to do some action to promote Bihar and reconstruct one Gaunaha Block ( 18 Panchyats ) Where no one will be illiterate,Every one will have skills and job in panchyats, Every house will use bio-gas or solar for lights , cooking , water pump and so on and last but not least every house will use IT.
