Connecting the Diaspora
Bihar's engagement with its diaspora is symbiotic, the strands of both sides of the relationship equally important to create a resilient and robust bond.Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, who is also the Finance Minister, said the government has decided to invite written and online suggestions from people, in order to ensure their participation in the budget making process.
The project will be spread over seven districts – West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Suraul, Araria and Kishanganj and will be a parallel one to the East-West corridor passing through the state.
